Arbor Pointe Apartments is a 48 unit apartment complex which is located in Texarkana, Arkansas.  These apartment units are avaialble only to seniors on a limited budget.  Each unit includes a full washer and dryer and whirlpool appliances. The complex offers many amenities to residents including 24-hour emergency maintenance, picnic area, BBQ grills, and an elevator.

 Autumn Ridge Apartments (located in Yukon, Oklahoma) consists of 12 buildings, each housing 5 apartment units. Each building includes a fiber cement siding exterior with an architectural shingled roof. The apartment complex also includes a clubhouse and maintenance building.  Located in Yukon, Oklahoma, this project is only a short distance from Oklahoma City.

The complex consists of three, two story apartment buildings, a clubhouse and maintenance building.
