Cardinal Scales (1) - Webb City, Missouri
This Tilt-Wall Construction project was completed for Cardinal Scale, which manufactures all types of industrial scales. The concrete panels which are poured on the ground, then erected, are 6 inch thick, 25 ft wide by 25 ft high. There are two load cell pits poured into the floor, one 5 ft deep and one 12 ft deep. The two pits hold the large presses used by Cardinal Scale.
Cardinal Scales (2) - Webb City, Missouri
When a portion of the Cardinal Scale complex burned, we were called upon to design and build a structure which would aestetically blend with the existing buildings. This was not our first venture with Cardinal Scales. We partnered with the company in 2002. Owner David Perry was pleased with our finished product in 2002 and decided to partner with us again.
Cardinal Scales (3) - Webb City, Missouri
Larry Snyder and Company and Cardinal Scales once again partnered to complete a 22,000 sq. ft. production facility addition. This new addition to the Cardinal Scales campus was completed in November 2008.
Copeland Manufacturing Phase 1 and 2 - Ava, Missouri
Copeland Manufacturing which manufactures air conditioner compressor components decided to expand their existing facility located in Ava, Missouri. Phase One was awarded to us as a result of a reverse bid auction. The 50,000 square foot building was finished in 2003. Copeland Manufacturing was very satisfied with the finished product, and awarded us Phase Two about 1 year later. Phase Two was a much larger project priced at a little over $8 mIllion.
Crossroads Industrial Building - Joplin, Missouri
Joplin Business & Industrial Development Corporation partnered with us on this $1.5 million 105,000 square foot shell building. Aimed at meeting the needs of high-tech manufacturing or state-of-the-art distribution companies, the building was constructed of tilt-up concrete panels. The concrete walls were pre-cut for ten dock doors. The facility is located on a 20-acre tract allowing expansion to more than 300,000 square feet.
