Hill Country Resort is located between Austin and San Antonio and is deep in the famed Hill Country of South Central Texas. This recreational community built with a design/build contract. Nestled atop a ridge overlooking a championship 18 hole golf course, is the President's Fairway complex at Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, MO. We have completed several facilities at Holiday Hills Resort, including the Clubhouse, Sales Center and many resort units. Recent projects include several 6-unit Presidential Villa buildings. The 6 unit buildings are 3 levels with a total of 7,692 square feet per building.

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of the Berkshires at Oak 'n Spruce Resort, set amid 200+ acres at the foot of Beartown State Forest. The resort has a three-hole chip and putt golf course, two tennis courts, a trout stream, and two indoor and one outdoor pool as well as exercise equipment. The nearby town of Stockbridge is home to the Norman Rockwell Museum, and Chesterwood Museum. In the winter, enjoy cross- country skiing on site; for downhill skiing, visit Butternut Basin, Catamount Ski Area, or Brodie Mountain.

Ozark Mountain resort is a vacation resort community nestled in the hills surrounding Table Rock Lake. We have partnered with the resort to construct several facilities including condos, swimming pools, a bathhouse and streets. The latest of these projects is two, three story, 6 unit condominiums called President's View. The exterior of the buildings are dressed with maintenance free vinyl siding and aluminum soffit. Exterior walkways add distinction to the buildings as well as convenient access to each unit.

We have been partners with Spinnaker Resorts since 2001. Spinnaker continues to expand the Palace View resort community and we continue to deliver projects they are very happy with.
