Baymont Inn and Suites
Baymont Inn and Suites located in Springfield at the corner of West ByPass and Kearney is a three story hotel with 92 rooms. The exterior of the building is a blend of Old Washington Brick and Stucco. All guest rooms as well as common areas and meeting rooms are equipped with data connections for computer usage. For recreation and relaxation the hotel includes a heated indoor pool and spa.
Comfort Inn Motel - Perryville, Missouri
This 42 guest room facility is located just off Interstate 55 about 40 miles south of St. Louis, Missouri. "Solid" is the word that describes this building. The walls are mostly concrete block with the floors "cast in place" concrete slabs. The roof is a single ply membrane system combined with a "Mansard Façade". The exterior is stucco finish over metal studs framing. An outdoor pool and spa are included in the amenities of this property.
Days Inn - Branson, Missouri
Located in the heart of Branson, MO, this Days Inn motel consists of 2,3 and 4 story buildings. There are a total of 400 units in the Days Inn complex. The amenities of this project include; a swimming pool, large decks, hot tubs, gazebos and a playground area for the kids.
Holiday Inn Express - Rolla, Missouri
The Holiday Inn Express in Rolla is a 84 unit (44,500 SF) complex. The exterior is a combination of brick and stucco. There is a fitness center and indoor pool available to guests. The estimated cost is approximately $4,000,000.00.
Howard Johnson - Branson, Missouri
One of Branson's largest motels is the Howard Johnson just off of Highway 76. This 346 unit motel complex consists of 3 and 4 story buildings with two elevators per building. A large outdoor pool, gazebo and playground are included in the amenities of this project.
