The Preserve Apartments - Branson, Missouri

The Preserve Apartments project is a cooperative effort of the Ron Stenger Companies, H Design Group and Larry Snyder and Company. 100 units of low income housing will be constructed over the next 18 months. The project is funded in part by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) .

University of Missouri Technology Park Renovation Building #2 - Fort Leanord Wood, Missouri

After a fire in the Technology Park Building at Fort Leanord Wood, Snyder Construction Group was chosen to renovate the entire building. More information to come! 

The Greens Senior Living Apartments - Branson, Missouri

The Greens Senior Living Community is comprised of 27 duplexes with 54 total units and clubhouse. Each unit is approx. 1207 SF with two bedroom and two bathroom and has a single car garage. The complex is specifically for age 55+ and will have an entry security gate. Contract amount is approximately $5.1 Million.

B and B Theatre - Ozark, Missouri

B and B Theatre is located West of 65 Highway and 14 Highway in Ozark, Missouri. The theatre will house 10 screens with stadium seating. The overall size of the building is approx. 43,500 square feet.

Jordan Valley Maintenance Facility - Springfield, Missouri

Snyder Construction Group was awarded the Jordan Valley Maintenance Facility in November 2010. The project consists of a 7800 SF building along with site improvements. The building will be certified as a LEED Silver building.

Palace View Heights - Branson, Missouri

Larry Snyder and Company has been completing projects for Palace View Resorts for over 10 years. The latest project (Palace View Heights) is a sixteen unit condo building. The outer surface is made up of a mixture of cultured stone, hardi siding, and intricate rough timber construction with exterior walkways. Each unit is equipped with interior electric fireplaces, built-in recessed areas for flat screen TV’s, detailed woodworking and cabinetry, crown molding, marble vanity tops, and Corian bar tops.

Schweitzer United Methodist Church - Springfield, Missouri

Phase One of the Schweitzer Church expansion is complete. This phase included a renovation of an existing building next to the main church to accommodate the administrative team. Phase Two which will begin shortly, will include a renovation / addition to the main church to accommodate the growing children's ministry.
