Sleep Inn - Liberty, Missouri

The Sleep Inn will consist of 83 units in Liberty, Missouri. The project is scheduled for completion in May 2010. 

Fair Grove School District - Fair Grove, Missouri

Larry Snyder and Co. began work on Fair Grove R-10 School in May 2009. The project consists of storm damage repairs including: replacing and/or repairing ceilings, paint, flooring, gas lines, water lines, electrical lines, HVAC equipment and ducting, windows, doors, and hardware.  The project also includes a complete rebuild of the West Wing Classrooms. The emergency work will be completed by August 2009 while the West Wing, started in July 2009, will be completed by December 2009.

LifePoint Church - Ozark, Missouri

LifePoint Church is a design/build project by Larry Snyder and Co., LS&C Development Services (site work) and Creative Ink Architects.  Larry Snyder and Company is beginning work on the 14,190 square foot building which is conveniently located off of Highway 65 in Ozark, across from the Walmart Supercenter. The building will house a large sanctuary, hospitality and community room, and a wing devoted to children and youth classrooms. The facility is being constructed to leave room for phased expansion. Valley Ridge Residences Phase 2 - Branson, Missouri

Valley Ridge Phase 2 began days after LS&C completed Phase 1 of the project. This phase will provide an additional 48 units to qualifying renters. This addition will also include numerous other amenities for tenants. The project consists of 5 two story buildings and will be completed in April 2010.  

The Shrine of the Holy Spirit - Branson, Missouri

The Shrine of the Holy Spirit is a very unique project. Located on Hwy 248 the large structure consists of a chapel, gift shop, baptismal, and 2 pavilions. The cost for the project is estimated at $3 million. 

Palace View Resorts - Branson, Missouri

Larry Snyder and Company has been completing projects for Palace View Resorts for over 10 years. The latest project (Building 1000) is a sixteen unit condo building. The outer surface is made up of a mixture of cultured stone, hardi siding, and intricate rough timber construction with exterior walkways. Each unit is equipped with interior electric fireplaces, built-in recessed areas for flat screen TV’s, detailed woodworking and cabinetry, crown molding, marble vanity tops, and Corian bar tops. The project is scheduled for completion in May 2010.

Carl Junction Community Center - Carl Junction, Missouri

Carl Junction Community Center: The residents of Carl Junction, MO passed a General Obligation bond in April 2008.  The bond issue is being used to build the community's first Community Center. The projected cost is $4.1 million which will build and equip the new facility. The new Community Center will contain City Hall, a Senior Center, and a Gymnasium.

This multi-purpose building will bring 3 services under one roof and will complete what the citizens have requested for several years.  The Community Center will house a media center, community meeting room, health and wellness center and a gymnasium.  The building will be constructed with expansion in mind.  If one of the programs or activities needs more room it can be easily added onto or adjacent land is available for more buildings.
