Country Ridge Estates Phase 2 - Branson, Missouri
Just as phase one of this project completed, construction began on phase two. Similar to phase one, Country Ridge Estates, Phase 2 is a wood framed structure with hardi-plank siding. The balcony decks are wrapped in vinyl as are all the columns and railings on the buildings. More information will be available soon on this project!
Branson Creek Clubhouse - Hollister, Missouri
Branson Creek Clubhouse is a 2 story, 11,455 square foot golf clubhouse in the Branson Creek Development in Hollister, Missouri. Features include a large pool area and a restaurant. The approximate value of the project is $2.5 million. The exterior of the building is based on an old southern plantation house.
Cardinal Scales - Webb City, Missouri
When a portion of the Cardinal Scale complex burned, we were called upon to design and build a structure which would aestetically blend with the existing buildings. This was not our first venture with Cardinal Scales. We partnered with the company in 2002. Owner David Perry was pleased with our finished product in 2002 and decided to partner with us again.
