The Shoppes at Branson Hills is one of the largest site development projects currently in Branson. The commercial subdivision will be home to anchors Walmart and Kohls and many other supporting retail stores.

Approximately 800,000 yards of material is being moved across 90 acres. The retaining walls which are currently being constructed are the largest in the Branson area. Our site development division is performing the following on the project: retaining walls, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, domestic water, electrical and telephone lines, streets, and landscaping. The project is scheduled for completion in December 2007.

Our site division is partnering with our building division to complete the new elementary school for the City of Ozark.  The site development contract includes all site grading and utilities. The school will open in August 2007.
