The Chateau on the Lake was a monumental project for Branson, Missouri. The resort and spa, located on Table Rock Lake, would be the largest hotel/resort on the lake. We partnered with another local general contractor to complete the project for the John Q. Hammons corporation. The hotel required an extensive amount of blasting and grading across 16 acres. The contract also included over $2.5 million in waterlines, storm drainage, sanitary sewer systems with accompanying rock trenching and breaking.
